Kansas State Literacy Resource Center
The mission of the Kansas State Literacy Resource Center (SLRC) is to enhance systems, both public and private, which provide basic skills education across Kansas. The Center serves as the catalyst for collaborative efforts that address the needs of undereducated adults in Kansas. The Kansas SLRC is housed in the Adult Education Division (www.kansasregents.org/adult_ed/index.html) of the Kansas Board of Regents (www.kansasregents.org) in Topeka, Kansas.
The Kansas SLRC is a member of Midwest LINCS, funded in part through grant support from the National Institute for Literacy. Midwest LINCS is one of four regional technology hubs.
