What: The Bridges program is a multi-day program designed to help GED graduates prepare for college by learning about admissions, financial aid, and academic advising. Students learn study strategies, tour the Kent State campus, and begin the application process.

When: The Bridges program will be offered in both the Fall and Spring semesters and is usually held between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Specific dates and times will be available on the registration page as they are announced. Breakfast and lunch provided.

Where: The Bridges program is held at the Ohio Literacy Resource Center (OLRC) Conference Room, Research 1 Building, 1100 Summit Street, Kent, Ohio 44242.

With completion of all five sessions you will receive a fee waiver for the KSU admissions application and a $300 Book Scholarship towards your first semester.
